We are absolutely delighted with the work you have done for us and my wife tells me your team were excellent – polite, friendly and left the room clean and tidy.
Mr Gillespie

From the first contact we had with Ryedale Plasterers we knew we were in good hands. Catherine is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and honest. The work in our Grade I Listed Ballroom was carried out quickly and efficiently.

Ryedale Plasters are true artisans and we are delighted with the repairs they made to our water damaged coving. You can’t tell it’s been repaired and it now looks as good as new, which is amazing given the intricacy of the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly enough.
Mr Dawson

Andrew and Jack just finished the work a few hours ago. I am very pleased with the result, and also the way they’ve approached the job over the three visits – no mess, covering over the all the furniture, vacuum cleaning and, not least, the plasterwork. I can certainly recommend your company to any owner of a listed building who has similar plaster contamination.
Philip

We are totally delighted with how the finished coving looks. The workmen have done a brilliant job. They are friendly, polite and importantly considerate by not letting our cats out of the backdoor. As for cleaning up, Dave and I were totally happy with the outcome. I would certainly recommend Ryedale Plasterers to anyone who had our type of problem.
Alison Hewison

Many thanks — the cornice and plastering in the bathroom look wonderful.
The Hon Mrs Dent

Ben and his colleague were extremely professional, left everything very tidy and worked COVID-safe.
The result is a transformation. Ben’s design for the moulding is perfect for the size and style of the room. I will send you a photo once the room is decorated.
My wife and I really appreciate you fitting us in at short notice so that we have the dining room available for Xmas.
Peter

I just wanted to say thanks so much for your work on our ceiling and repairing the cornice. The guys that did it have been excellent. They’ve done a brilliant job, we’re so pleased with the finished result and that they managed to save the cornice runs which looked to be in a terrible state (other people had said it would need to be replaced). It was great having experts that we trusted working on the house and they were also great at tidying up etc which is all a welcome change from a lot of the tradesmen that we have used. I’d definitely recommend you in the future.
Helen

After a huge water leak at our guest house in Whitby, these guys gave great service. The coving and ceiling rose look amazing. Thank you!!
Jenny

Ryedale repaired some water-damaged cornices in my home, which was built in 1872. They fitted cornices to radius corners and reproduced an elaborate acanthus-scroll ceiling rose by taking casts from surviving examples. It was all done to an exemplary standard, and I highly recommend the company.
Mr G. A. Proctor

The plasterwork restoration carried out at our Grade-II listed Carnegie Buildings was to the highest standard, respectful of existing details and materials, and undertaken very professionally and diligently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ryedale.
